Louise is the Director and Head Tutor of the School of Bodywork and recently opened The Complementary Therapy Centre in order to both support student Therapists and qualified Therapists and feel a sense of community that is so important for Therapists to have.

Her passion lies in Myofascial Release, but she also offers tailored massage treatments to suit each client. She has many years of experience in a wide range of modalities but has a particular interest in the mind body connection and considers the emotional component of chronic conditions and pain in all her treatments.

For Louise, holding a safe, non-judgemental space is her priority, listening to your needs and using her experience to help you move forwards.

Charlotte supports and guides women in reconnecting with their true essence - whether navigating life transitions or preparing for their wedding journey. Through a blend of massage, energy work, mindfulness and intuitive movement, she creates a gentle, nurturing space for inner healing and self-discovery. Her approach is intuitive and deeply personal, helping women feel grounded, confident and aligned as they step into new chapters of life.

She also holds space for a regular Women's Empowerment Circle - an intimate gathering blending gentle movement, guided meditation and energy healing.
